We believe in a legacy of love. Jesus said, “This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you” (John 15:12). Therefore, we endeavor to raise up a generation that knows that they are loved and know how to love others. This is a fulfillment of Psalm 145:4, “One generation shall praise Your works to another, and shall declare Your mighty acts.”
We believe that the Church is not a building, but people of faith who are the holy temple of God. Our hope and desire is that each and every person would have an encounter with the Spirit of the Living God. As we pray and worship the Lord, we draw near to Him and He draws near to us with His Kingdom’s power (Psalm 22:3).
More and more King’sGate is becoming a center for building relationships and sharing the goodness of God.
Members are often found helping others, praying for God’s will to be done, and generously giving of their time, talents and treasures. King’sGate is a church that genuinely cares for those who are both inside and outside the “four walls”. Children, including the unborn, are a priority here, and we count it a privilege to be entrusted with their care. Actually, we feel the same way about youth and adults of all ages as well.
